Christopher O. Champion
Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting officer and Controller
Mr. Champion currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller and is responsible for overseeing Anadarko's accounting functions. He has more than 22 years of experience in the accounting industry.
He joined Anadarko in 2015 from KPMG LLP, where he served as the company’s national audit leader for oil and natural gas. He began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1992.
Mr. Champion holds a bachelor's degree in business administration – accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Robin H. Fielder
Senior Vice President, Midstream
Ms. Fielder was named Senior Vice President, Midstream in November 2018. At this time, she was also named director and President of the general partner of Western Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: WES). She has served as Chief Executive Officer of Western Midstream Partners, LP since Jan. 1, 2019,
She has more than 17 years of midstream, upstream and financial experience in the oil and natural gas industry. She previously served as Vice President, Investor Relations, Midstream Corporate Planning Manager and a number of other roles of increasing responsibility including General Manager of East Texas and North Louisiana, Worldwide Operations Business Advisor and various exploration and operations engineering positions in both the U.S. onshore and the deepwater Gulf of Mexico.
Ms. Fielder holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. She is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Joseph A. Flake
Senior Vice President, Corporate Planning
Mr. Flake was named Senior Vice President, Corporate Planning in March 2018. Prior to that he served as Vice President, , Corporate Planning and Director of Strategic Planning responsible for long-range planning, management of the corporate financial modeling process, competitor benchmarking and intelligence, commodity markets analysis, and enterprise risk management.
Mr. Flake has more than 26 years of experience in the oil & gas and chemical industries and has worked in a variety of technical, operations, financial and planning positions in Oklahoma, Mississippi, Texas, Australia, Germany and Belgium.
Mr. Flake holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Central Oklahoma, an MBA with Finance/Economics concentration from Mississippi State University and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Houston.
Senior Vice President, U.S. Onshore Field Operations
Mr. Griffie was named Senior Vice President, U.S. Onshore Field Operations in November 2018. He returned to Anadarko after serving as Senior Vice President, Midstream and Marketing at Huntley & Huntley Energy Exploration. Prior to joining HHEX, Mr. Griffie was Director of Midstream Engineering at Anadarko where he was responsible for U.S. Onshore midstream developments and assets for both Anadarko and Western Gas. During Mr. Griffie’s tenure at Anadarko, he held various leadership roles including U.S. Onshore Business Advisor where he worked directly for the U.S. Onshore Executive Vice President, Eagleford Operations Manager, and Appalachian Basin Midstream Manager.
Mr. Griffie holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Colorado, an M.B.A. from University of Colorado at Denver, and graduated from Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development.
Michael C. Pearl
Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations
Mr. Pearl was named Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations in November 2018. He previously served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer beginning in July 2016, and before that served as Vice President, Finance focusing on coordinating project finance activities related to Anadarko's Mozambique development. From April 2009 to April 2013, Mr. Pearl served as Corporate Controller, responsible for the company's operational and corporate accounting function. Prior to this position, he assisted in structuring the initial public offering of Anadarko's publicly traded subsidiary, Western Gas Partners, LP, in 2008, as well as serving as its Chief Financial Officer until April 2009. Mr. Pearl also served as Director, Corporate Tax from August 2006 to December 2008. Prior to joining Anadarko, Mr. Pearl worked for Ernst & Young LLP, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in corporate finance and accounting.
Mr. Pearl holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Mr. Pearl also holds an MBA from Rice University where he was a Jones Scholar Award recipient. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ian A. Perks
Senior Vice President, Mozambique LNG
Mr. Perks was named Senior Vice President, Mozambique LNG, in March 2018. He previously served as Vice President, Mozambique LNG and Vice President, Capital Project Development. Mr. Perks has 25 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He joined Anadarko in August 2016 from BG Group where he most recently served as the Upstream Asset Director for QGC Australia, overseeing upstream project delivery, drilling and production operations. Previously, he held positions with BG as President of BG Tunisia, Asset General Manager of North and West Africa Business Development, and Vice President of BG Trinidad and Tobago. In Trinidad, he was accountable for BG’s upstream, midstream and downstream assets including the successful start-ups of LNG Trains 1-4.
Mr. Perks holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Loughborough University.
Larry J. Abston
Vice President, Corporate Audit
Mr. Abston joined Anadarko in August 2008 as the Vice President, Corporate Audit. He has more than 35 years of experience in providing business advisory, project management and auditing services to large multi-national energy companies. Mr. Abston began his career in 1983 with Price Waterhouse LLP, in Dallas. He later served two years as Manager of Accounting Policy and Research at Amoco Corporation in Chicago. In 1998, he rejoined the Houston office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he served as Managing Director of Internal Audit Services prior to joining Anadarko.
Mr. Abston holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors. He currently serves on the Board and is a past President of the Houston Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors and is a past Chair of the Internal Audit Subcommittee of the American Petroleum Institute. He has also previously served on the Board of Directors, including as President, and currently serves on the Advisory Council of Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County.
Jeffrey D. Baillie
Vice President, LNG Onshore
Mr. Baillie was named Vice President, LNG Onshore in November 2018. He has 30 years of experience in the energy industry. In the last 20 years, Mr. Baillie has held senior leadership roles in both operational and project management capacities across different LNG facilities, a portfolio of offshore production and power generation facilities and provides a proven track record of effectively managing EPC contractors, safely executing to plan and budget, delivering the construction, commissioning and safe startup of mega projects and transferring these facilities into safe reliable commercial operations.
Mr. Baillie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST).
Brittany D. Benko
Vice President, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
Ms. Benko was named Vice President, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) in July 2018. She most recently served as Vice President, Environment, Health and Safety for Chesapeake Energy, which included responsibility for regulatory programs such as the implementation of processes to comply with federal and state regulations and technical input to facility design, ongoing operations, incident investigations and the resolution of violations.
Ms. Benko has nearly 20 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry having started her career in 2000 with BP as an environmental professional supporting the company’s San Juan Basin development in various safety, environment and operations management roles. She later moved into a special assignment accountable for greenhouse gas management across BP’s North America Gas business and advocacy for increased utilization of natural gas. She served in a number of roles with increasing responsibility including Chief of Staff to BP’s Science, Technology, Environment and Regulatory Affairs team, followed by a role as Senior Director Regulatory of BP’s Gulf of Mexico, U.S. Onshore and Alaska businesses. She joined Chesapeake in 2012 as the Director of Federal Regulatory Affairs, became the Director of Environment in 2013 and was promoted to Vice President in 2014.
Ms. Benko holds a Master of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Nebraska and Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and Chemistry from Weber State University.
Jaime R. Casas
Vice President, Finance
Mr. Casas was named Vice President, Finance in May 2017. He also serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the general partner of Western Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: WES) since May 2017.
Prior to joining Western Gas, Mr. Casas served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Clayton Williams Energy, Inc. from October 2016 until the company’s sale in April 2017. Previously, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the general partner of LRR Energy, L.P., a publicly traded exploration and production master limited partnership and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Laredo Energy, a privately held oil and gas company.
Mr. Casas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
John M. Christiansen
Vice President, Corporate Communications
Mr. Christiansen was named Vice President, Corporate Communications in October 2015 and is responsible for overseeing the company’s media relations, public affairs, internal communications, external communications including the company’s website and digital communications platforms, as well as its ever-increasing Corporate Social Responsibility coordination and reporting. Mr. Christiansen has more than 12 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry, after spending the first eight years of his career in radio broadcasting. He began his career with the company in 2004, and since that time has held positions of increasing responsibility in external communications and public affairs including Specialist, Manager and Director.
Mr. Christiansen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcasting from the University of Wyoming.
Mita H. Desai
Vice President and Deputy General Counsel
Ms. Desai was named Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, in August 2018. She most recently served as Associate General Counsel, Gulf of Mexico and E&P Services. Ms. Desai joined Anadarko in 2002 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility in the company’s Legal Department, including support of major capital projects, acquisitions and divestitures, worldwide drilling, and midstream operations.
Ms. Desai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
Todd G. Durkee
Vice President, Deepwater Drilling and Completions
Mr. Durkee was named Vice President, Deepwater Drilling and Completions in March 2017 and is responsible for overseeing Anadarko’s Gulf of Mexico and International Exploration drilling and completion operations. He began his career in 1988 with Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Corporation and has held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility within the drilling and completions organizations.
Mr. Durkee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the American Petroleum Institute (API) and the International Association of Drilling Contractors. Mr. Durkee serves on API’s Drilling and Production Operations subcommittee.
Sir John Grant
Vice President, International Government Relations
Sir John Grant joined Anadarko in October 2016 as Vice President, International Government Relations. Mr. Grant joined BHP Billiton in London in 2007 in a government relations role after a 30-year career in the British Foreign Service, including roles as Ambassador in Stockholm and the United Kingdom’s Ambassador to the European Union in Brussels. He was appointed to the Executive Committee of BG Group in 2009, with responsibility for government affairs, corporate responsibility and communications. At BG, he led the development of an integrated approach to the “above ground” aspects of new-country entry and stakeholder management across the company’s international activities. He retired from BG in 2015.
Mr. Grant has a degree in modern languages from Cambridge University.
Daniel D. Hart
Vice President, U.S. Onshore Services
Mr. Hart was named Vice President, U.S. Onshore Services in November 2018 after serving as Vice, President, U.S. Onshore Development since October 2017. He previously served as Vice President, Gulf of Mexico Development. Hart joined Anadarko in 1995 as a production engineer in Midland, Texas. He has held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility since that time, including Director of Deepwater America Assets, General Manager of Delaware Basin, General Manager of Gulf of Mexico-Lucius/Garden Banks/South America, Planning Manager for Worldwide Exploration and Manager of Investor Relations.
Mr. Hart holds a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.
Carrie L. Horton
Vice President, DJ Basin Development
Ms. Horton currently serves as Vice President of DJ Basin Development. She brings 17 years of experience to the role, starting her career at Anadarko in 2000. She has served in positions of increasing responsibility, including Geology and Geophysics Manager, Rockies Region Business Advisor, General Manager of the Greater Green River Basin and Land Grant, and Director, Business Development.
Ms. Horton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Miami University and a Master of Science in Geology from Duke University.
Gennifer F. Kelly
Vice President, Midstream and Marketing
Ms. Kelly has served as Vice President, Midstream and Marketing and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the general partner of Western Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: WES) since May 2017.
Prior to her current positions, Ms. Kelly held a variety of leadership roles within Anadarko including Director of Operations Transformation, Director of Strategic Planning and General Manager of East Texas and North Louisiana as well as a variety of engineering and operations focused positions. She has been with Anadarko, or its predecessor companies, for over 20 years.
Ms. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and an MBA from Louisiana State University. She is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas, a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, has served on the United Way Women’s Leadership Council in Montgomery County, Texas and currently serves on the Lone Star College Foundation Board of Directors.
Brian T. Kuck
Vice President, Land
Mr. Kuck was named Vice President, Land in November 2018, having previously served as Vice President, Land and Corporate Development. Mr. Kuck joined Anadarko in 2005 and has held positions of increasing responsibility within the company, including Vice President, Corporate Development; Corporate Portfolio Manager; Planning and Reserves Manager, Rockies; General Manager, East Breaks Region (Gulf of Mexico), General Manager, Wyoming; Director, Strategic Planning; and Director, Investor Relations.
Mr. Kuck holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Washington and Lee University and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University.
Rory S. Madden
Vice President, LNG Business Development
Mr. Madden was named Vice President, LNG Business Development in August 2016. In this role, he helps to ensure that Anadarko’s proposed LNG development in Mozambique delivers the value to support continued investment.
Mr. Madden has more than 20 years of experience in the upstream exploration and production business, working in a wide variety of both technical and commercial roles. Mr. Madden spent his early career in engineering and operations in the North Sea, including five years offshore followed by a commercial role in London supporting international developments and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Madden holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University where he was a recipient of a Jones Scholar Award.
Aric C. Mann
Vice President, Tax and Treasurer
Mr. Mann was named Vice President, Tax and Treasurer in December 2018.
He previously served as Vice President, Tax beginning in March 2017. Mann joined Anadarko in 2012 from Ernst and Young LLP, where he served as Senior Manager, International Tax Services. He began his career at Ernst and Young in 1996 holding positions of increasing responsibility and providing tax consulting for multi-national outbound clients in the energy, manufacturing, technology and software sectors.
Mr. Mann holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Public Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Tax Executives Institute.
Chad R. McAllaster
Vice President, Delaware Basin Development
Mr. McAllaster serves as Vice President, Delaware Basin Development. Previously, he was responsible for leading the company’s Eagleford operations.
Mr. McAllaster joined Anadarko in 1997 as a Production Engineer in Liberal, Kan., and has held a variety of positions within the company since that time, including General Manager of the company’s Rockies Coal Bed Methane Asset, General Manager of Planning for the International and Gulf of Mexico Regions, General Manager of Maverick Basin and Vice President of Operations for Maverick Basin.
Mr. McAllaster graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and from the University of Denver with a Master of Business Administration. He is a licensed professional engineer in Texas, Colorado, and Wyoming and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Joseph H. Mongrain
Vice President, Human Resources
Mr. Mongrain joined Anadarko in September of 2016 as Vice President, Human Resources. During his more than 30 years in the oil and gas industry, Mr. Mongrain has had the unique opportunity to lead both operational and human resources functions worldwide for Cameron International and Schlumberger. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Human Resources for OneSubsea, a joint venture between Cameron and Schlumberger.
Mr. Mongrain holds a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Houston’s Alley Theatre and actively volunteers with various non-profit organizations.
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Paranji was named Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in November 2018 after serving as Vice President of Anadarko's Advanced Analytics & Emerging Technologies (AAET) since November 2016. The AAET organization's objective is to enable digital transformation in Anadarko by harnessing technology, big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning and automation to enhance the company's competitive advantage in the exploration and production space. He has 21 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry, beginning with Schlumberger covering Middle East, East Africa regions and subsequently the U.K and Norwegian North Sea sector.
Since joining the company in 2001, he has held positions of increasing responsibility with cross-disciplinary and geographic breadth within Anadarko's onshore, deepwater and international operations. His leadership positions include: Director, Unconventional Resources Best Practices for U.S. Onshore, General Manager, Enhanced Oil Recovery; Joint Venture and Commercial Manager for Algeria operations; Reserves and Planning Manager for International Operations; Reservoir Engineering Manager for Bohai Bay operations in Beijing, China.
Mr. Paranji holds a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, a Master of Science in petroleum engineering from the University of Tulsa and an MBA from The Jones School of Business at Rice University, where he was a Jones Scholar award recipient.
Philip H. Peacock
Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Peacock was named Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer in August 2018. He previously served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary.
He previoysly served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the general partner of Western Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: WES) and as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary beginning in 2012. Prior to joining Anadarko, Mr. Peacock was a partner practicing corporate and securities law at the law firm of Andrews Kurth LLP, which he joined in 2003.
Mr. Peacock holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University, a Master of Arts degree from the University of Houston, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
Gregory M. Pensabene
Vice President, Government Relations
Mr. Pensabene oversees Anadarko's federal and state government relations programs. He joined Anadarko as Vice President, Government Relations in 1997. Based in Washington, D.C., Mr. Pensabene has extensive experience in law and public policy matters related to natural resources development. Prior to joining Anadarko, he was a partner in a Washington, D.C. based law firm.
Mr. Pensabene completed the Institute of Business Economics and Management at the University of Southern California School of Business and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association and has held positions of leadership in the Natural Resources Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Pensabene also is a member of the Board of Directors of the U.S.-Algeria Business Council.
L. Allen Sanders
Vice President, Gulf of Mexico Operations
Mr. Sanders was named Vice President of Gulf of Mexico Operations in May 2017 after serving as President of Anadarko Algeria, Anadarko’s subsidiary operating in the Sahara desert, and President and General Manager of Anadarko China, Anadarko’s subsidiary in Beijing, overseeing the company’s operations in Bohai Bay and South China Sea. Prior to that, he served as General Manager of Eastern Gulf of Mexico Deepwater Assets, and Vice President and General Manager of Anadarko’s Texas Gulf Coast Development and Exploration.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA), the World Affairs Council of Greater Houston and the Executive External Advisory Committee for University of Texas Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering. He is an active supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, serving on the Board of Directors for the Sam Houston Area Council.
Mr. Sanders holds Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Dr. Andrew Seck
Vice President, LNG Marketing and Shipping
Dr. Seck was named Vice President, LNG Marketing and Shipping in November 2016. He has more than 25 years of experience working in the international oil and natural gas industry and began his career as a wireline engineer working for Schlumberger. Following his doctoral studies, he spent eight years in Russia with Shell including an assignment with Sakhalin Energy Investment Company where he marketed the first sales of Russian LNG into Asia/Pacific. Following a corporate planning assignment with Shell in Houston, he joined Qatargas Operating Company Ltd. where he worked for almost six years as Assistant Director, LNG Marketing, East of Suez, with the responsibility for maintaining and growing Qatargas’ LNG sales portfolio throughout the Asia-Pacific region. At the beginning of 2015, he joined Uniper Global Commodities SE as Regional Head of LNG, Asia based in Singapore.
Dr. Seck holds a Ph.D. from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee, Scotland and a Bachelor of Science in geological engineering from Queen’s University, Canada.
Vice President and Chief Systems Officer
Ms. Seetharam joined Anadarko in November 2018 as Vice President and Chief Systems Officer. She has more than 18 years of expertise in the design and delivery of cost-effective, high-performance technology solutions in support of business growth. After joining Schlumberger in 2015 as Director of Information Technology (IT) Delivery, she served in roles of increasing responsibility including Global Head for IIoT and Automation, Vice President of Enterprise Solutions and Vice President IT Transformation.
Prior to that, Ms. Seetharam served as Senior Director of Global Project Management Office and Business Intelligence at Baker Hughes. Ms. Seetharam spent 14 years in various divisions at General Electric (GE) including positions as Client CIO – GE Oil & Gas, IT leader, IT program manager and Six Sigma Black Belt.
Ms. Seetharam studied computer science and statistics at Bangalore University in India and holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior and Strategy from Carnegie Mellon University..
Christopher L. Sembritzky
Vice President, International Exploration and Production
Mr. Sembritzky was named Vice President, International Exploration and Production in May 2018 after serving as Vice President, International New Ventures since December 2016. He joined Anadarko in 2001, initially working as a geologist focused on enhanced oil recovery. In 2004, he assumed a role in Anadarko’s international business development group in London, working to develop new ventures in the Middle East and Russia. During his time in London, Mr. Sembritzky also served as the project leader for two giant oil field developments in the Middle East and exploration efforts in Qatar and Jordan. He returned to Houston in 2009 to focus on exploration and development activities in Brazil and Ghana. In 2010, he gained experience managing reserves and planning for the company’s U.S. Southern region and later serving as general manager of the Marcellus and Utica shale assets in north-central Pennsylvania and Ohio, respectively. Prior to being promoted to his current role, Mr. Sembritzky managed the geological and geophysical team for Mozambique and Business Development in East Africa.
Mr. Sembritzky holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Environmental Science and Geology, and a Master’s of Science degree in Geology from Baylor University.
Jeremy M. Smith
Vice President, Finance
Mr. Smith was named Vice President, Finance in July 2016. Previously, he served as Director, Investor Relations; Director, Corporate Development; and, as Assistant Treasurer, Corporate Finance. In addition, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of Western Gas Holdings, LLC, the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP (NYSE: WES), from August 2007 to November 2010. Prior to joining Anadarko, he served as Assistant Treasurer to Plains Exploration & Production Company (PXP) from June 2003 to June 2006 and as Assistant Treasurer of 3TEC Energy Corporation from May 2000 until its sale to PXP in June 2003.
Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Rice University, a Master of Science in accounting from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Mr. Smith also serves on the board of MemberSource Credit Union and is a Jones Partner with the Jones School at Rice University.
Shandell M. Szabo
Vice President, U.S. Exploration
Ms. Szabo was named Vice President, U.S. Exploration in May 2018 after serving as Vice President, U.S. Onshore Exploration since September 2016. She joined Anadarko in 2001 as an exploration geologist, working U.S. Gulf Coast Regional projects. Since then she has worked in positions of increasing responsibility throughout Anadarko's U.S. onshore portfolio and deepwater Gulf of Mexico. Her most recent positions included Regional Geoscience Manager, Gulf of Mexico, working the Lucius project; Exploration Manager, Central U.S., where she was responsible for the company’s exploration efforts in the Permian and Midcontinent basins; and Director, Investor Relations.
Ms. Szabo holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Geology from Texas Christian University. She is a registered professional geologist in the state of Texas.
Steven N. Wilson
Vice President and Country Manager, Mozambique
Mr. Wilson currently serves as Vice President and Mozambique Country Manager, with almost 40 years of upstream oil and gas experience. He joined Anadarko in November 2017 and as a former Chevron Executive held a series of international positions including General Manager of Corporate Business Development, President of Chevron China and President of Chevron Bangladesh. He previously held leadership roles in Nigeria, Denmark, Norway, Venezuela and the UK. He has five years prior experience with Schlumberger in Saudi Arabia, Oman and Indonesia.
Mr. Wilson has served in a variety of Advisory roles including Vice President of the Foreign Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Bangladesh, Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Denmark, and a Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Norway. He is a former Governor of Rossall School, a Board Member of the British School of Caracas, and an Advisory Board Member for the Asian University for Women.
Mr. Wilson holds Masters Degrees in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from Cambridge University and Imperial College London, and a Master of Business Administration from London’s City University.
